Masked Waffle Spotted
A citizen of West Seattle posted this daytime shot of the masked waffle. Kudos to the good people of the world who afford me the opportunity to see a piece in the day light.

The Stick ‘Em UP show went down this weekend in Minneapolis and I pilfered these photos from the Instagram accounts of the artists who physically made it to the event. I got reports that it was a huge success and that the gallery looked stellar loaded with adhesive art. I am happy I got to be a part of this show and share my stickers in the company of a phenomenal set of 12 fellow sticker artists including Therst, DPS, Jared Hensley, RenOne, Esh, Epic Uno, and Hero.
One of the best feelings in the world is when someone takes the time to notice the work you put up. This photo made my day… though I wish he would have sided with the Waffle!
First Wheat Paste Mission of 2012!
Dent and I braved the cold and headed out for the first mission of the new year on Saturday night. Stop one was Post Alley where I pasted up a massive Waffle invasion. There were 25 parawaffles descending from above, 1 giant waffle that landed, and a suspiciously alarmed syrup who promptly called for backup. It will be interesting to see who comes out victorious in the battle.
Stop two was Leary Way in Ballard where I hit a bright red column with a comical throwback to the 1950s Waffle paste. It reads, “Lacking any real amount of class, she often waved her waffle around like a flag on the fourth of July when she was feeling frisky.” I’ll take any chance I can get to sneak sexual tomfoolery into the streets.
Onwards to West Seattle where a masked Waffle went up on the Seattle Fish Company. I’m partial to this one as I look at it as a kind of self-portrait. The placement was top notch and it should make the passers by smile.
Next up was Georgetown to paste an 8 foot tall Waffle girl on a drab concrete column. I have to admit that I was biting my nails the entire time we worked on getting this one up. She’s tall, lean, and incredibly fragile. With so many opportunities to rip (neck, wrists, ankles, legs, arms, etc), the tension was high. Three sets of hands made things easier and we pulled it off with style.
Also in Georgetown an opportunity arose to put a retro rock-a-billy Waffle up incredibly high. Dent was game to climb and together we made it happen. The colors pop in the shadows of the overpass.
Overall, it was an awesome mission and yielded great results. Props to Dent and an anonymous third party for the excellent company and the extra help. Cheers to an epic 2012!
Waffle Gothic. And with that bit of ridiculousness, I’m done playing with classic paintings. Happy Thursday, kids!
Waffle with a Pearl Earring.
Super Fat Waffle Sticker Packs have been compiled for the Stick Em Up Show. Knocking that off the list was major. Also put together Adhesive polymer Waffle tile packs and Jumbo sticker packs (the slaps are huge!). Feels so good.
Stuck Up: a waffle sticker exclusively for the Stick Em Up show in January.
crystalconscious asked: sick stuff man, where did you get the idea?
Most ideas come straight from my skull, but badass people sometimes send me ideas that turn into slaps. Thanks for the love!
Waffleoctopus 2.0. The original was a hand drawn and sent out in a random pack.
Country Style Waffle. Another hand drawn sticker in preparation for the Stick Em Up showcase.

If you’re in Minneapolis this January, you need to hit up Stick ‘Em Up at the David Paul Seymour Gallery.
